Our mission at establishing Pro Chef Techniques is to be the ultimate first hand resource in food knowledge and proper cooking techniques to encourage healthy cooking.…

To that extent we commit to being passionately attentive to details in clients interest in a healthy diet. Through discussion, lectures and cooking video demos and in class hands-on activities, Pro ChefTechniques’ staff guidance will assist clients with diabetes, high blood pressure and other chronic health issues to manage their diet.

We will devote higher interest in helping schools to provide healthy diet for kids to reduce childhood obesity and be responsible citizens in our communities. We commit to assist hobby cooks, moms and dads, novice and professional chefs to discover their cooking potential and love for food.

about chef kanadu

Chef John Bartholomew Oteng Yeboah – Kanadu was born in Ghana, Africa. Born in the outskirt of the second largest city of Ghana, Kumasi in the Ashanti Region, he grew up in Germany where he obtained a culinary education through a Dual Culinary Apprenticeship program in Heidelberg. Upon graduation, he worked in several hotels and restaurants in Germany and acquired skills on all the stations in a professional kitchen.

He later returned to school and achieved a German Culinary Master Chef Certification at State College of Culinary Arts and Sciences in Villingen-Schwenningen, and trained several apprentices. Chef Kanadu was then appointed as a Culinary Exams Commissioner.

He moved to the United States in August 2000, and worked for Holiday Inn Hotels, fine dining restaurants and country clubs. He also taught Continental Cuisines of Europe at Johnson and Wales University, North Miami Campus. Chef Kanadu is an active member of American Culinary
Federation. He has achieved all sorts of American Culinary Federation professional certifications and serves the American Culinary Federation as an Accredited Certification Evaluator (ACF) and as Certification Administrator.

Chef Kanadu is a graduate of Georgia Perimeter College, Clarkston campus. Currently, he is furthering his education pursuing a degree in management and in education.
